Note: If you have questions or need equipment (such as a vacuum cleaner, rags, or trash bags), you can ask the head of the bar at the Fakebar. 

1. Kick out everyone who isn’t staff or organizers
   
2. If you find any glasses that came from the Spacebar, bring them to the bar
   
3. Collect empty glass bottles into crates and bring them to the bar
   1. You can get empty crates at the bar
   2. When you find a bottle that has beer inside, before putting it into the crate, pour the bear out at the nearest sink (bar, bathrooms, the drain outside)
      
4. Sweep up any broken glass into the nearest trash can (you can get a broom and a dustpan at the Fakebar bar)
   
5. Pick up any large pieces of trash that the vacuum cleaner can’t handle and throw them away at the nearest trash can
   
6. Using a damp rag, wipe down every surface that people used as a table (DJ booth, VJ booth, window sills, speakers on the floor, etc..)
   
7. Take out the trash bags that were used during the event and put in a new one
   1. If the trash bag happens to be less than 30% and there are no noticeable odors, you don’t need to replace the trash bag
   2. Ask at the Fakebar bar for new trash bags
   3. Put the full trash bags into the gray metal bin just outside the back exit of the spacebar

8. Take away DJ / VJ gear and any equipment or furniture that was not there before the event started and return the DJ stand to its original position
   
9. Take down all the posters that might have been hung by the organization

10. Vacuum the floor (ask the head of the Fakbar bar for the vacuum cleaner )
    
11. Turn off all the lights (including the beamers, the remote is in one of the drawers of the long table at the community space behind the 360LAB. Otherwise ask the Fakebar head of bar)
    
    Once all the tasks have been completed, let head bar know so he can sign off Fakebar (Bar side) as completely cleaned. Failure to let head bar double-check the area after having finished the list counts as going home without cleaning and might result in sanctions and negatively affect the organization responsible for the event that’s been hosted.
